Large Scottish sword whose use required both hands to be wielded, sharpened by both sides of the blade, possessing a very long handle (at least a quarter of the total length of the weapon), which allowed the user to hold it without having to force the maneuvers, or grasp it by the base of the blade, configuring a powerful hawk that enabled those who wielded it, and who could not protect themselves with a shield, to perform stopping actions of the opponent's weapon.
