Child-size sabers are reproductions in reduced sizes of the different types of sabers that exist, from pirate sabers to sabers of air, land or sea army officers. The child-size saber is usually about 60 centimeters long and has the same decorations, both on the blade and the sheath, as the life-size saber.
This type of children's size saber is carried by children in parades, shows or costume parties. Some of these types of sabers come with a support so that, after use, they can be hung on the wall or on top of a shelf instead of being stored in a closed place.

There are two types of children's sabers and before buying one or the other we have to be clear about the usefulness it will have. For example, if we buy it for the child to play with, the appropriate sword is one made of wood or latex; And if the child is not going to use the saber or it is for decoration, you can choose the one with the steel blade, since it is more attractive and is the one that is closest in appearance to the life-size saber.
